Now I find reading puts me to sleep. Has to be a paperback (certainly not a Kindle), so it doesn’t wake me up when it hits the floor. So a half Ambien at 9 pm normally does the trick. Have done the Ambien melatonin before with good effect. Melatonin is quick acting. Tried half Ambien with melatonin and GABA last night. Slept all night but am beat this morning. Thinking the GABA is the reason.
