Seeing as we contract a separate manufacturer to build our equipment, I am being sensitive to how much I describe here in this public forum. They have accepted responsibility and have remedied the situation, and while the whole situation stinks, they’ve responded well, and we’ll get past this.

It won’t affect ALL the units listed, but we don’t want to take any chances. The issue has been root caused and corrected.
