Yes, for everyone who has this issue, could you send an email into [email protected]. Debbie will be handling these RMA's - she's in the process of finding the affected orders and notifying everyone. Sending a ticket in with which of the following you want us to do, with appropriate addresses and contact information will shorten the process.
We're going to offer one of three options (your choice): 1. Send you a picture of the 6 resistors to be removed. These are 1206 surface mount resistors and with a decent soldering iron, come off in about 5 seconds each. (with a really good set of SMD tweezers like we use, it takes even less than that). This wouldn't require any shipping. 2. For non time-critical (I.E. a week or so) and not already installed situations, we'll pay shipping back to us, deinstall the resistors and re-test and return. 3. For already-installed situations, we will cross-ship a replacement. Unfortunately, because we're having to build a set of these for the replacement units (we only have a couple on the shelf), this may not be as fast as #2. -forrest On Mon, Aug 24, 2015 at 1:53 PM, George Skorup <[email protected]> wrote: > The two new ones I have are 98352 and 98356.
