Like any other 450 product, it should work great if you have a –65 signal and
32 dB SNR.

256QAM and MIMO in a 7 MHz channel should increase capacity something like 6X
over FSK in a 8 MHz channel.

But that kind of SNR is unrealistic in 900 MHz. If the SNR is only 10 dB, who
knows? We’ll see. It may depend on the type of interference. Other Canopy?
FHSS like Smartgrid, RTK and SCADA? Out of band high power paging? Baby
monitors and old analog cordless phones?

Im curious how this will be successful, is it capable of delivering more
capacity if configured down to an fsk channel size than the fsk?

I downloaded the 14.1.1 User Guide and there is some explanation in there.
I had been trying to use something called 450i 14.0 User Guide.

I just posted the whitepaper and excel tool in the community forum, and it
will be up on the support section of the website later today.

Sorry for the delay, working too hard on getting these things shipping to
follow up on the paperwork…

seems pretty self explanatory from the screenshot you sent.

if you enable pager reject filter it blocks everything above 920Mhz. so
they must have a notch filter in there that you can turn on and off.

the airframe legacy mode is for co-locating with FSK900 so that you can
time them together. pick your timing source and software version on the
co-located FSK APs and that will tell you what to set the drop down menu to so
that they will be synced.

Interesting option in the AP config.

Also Frame Alignment Legacy Mode options.

I need to look for a user guide update to see if these are explained.
