if the product or service isn't available today for purchase then it is
vapor until it is on the market...period.

it doesn't matter one iota how far along in the process they are, it's
still vapor because i can't buy it today.  what happens 18 months from now
when they can't figure out X and X causes them to delay sales for 36
months?  VAPOR

no matter how cool or great a new technology or service is, if i can't
purchase it then it doesn't really exist and if it doesn't exist then i
can't make business decisions about it, or compare it to a product that is
on the market.
