Time to buy ETSI class 4 antennas and specify those in your coordination. You may be able to do links that otherwise will not coordinate right if you use more expensive gear with amazing (70db!) F/b ratio and tiny sidelobes.
Multi month lead times on Commscopr Sentinel 3' class 4 antenna right now. I would consider such to be a worthwhile investment. If they don't get crushed by ice or dropped off a tower while hosting, such antennas in the cylindrical dual polarity waveguide version will still be very useful in 10 or 15 years.
