It is nice that it will run on the 'unregulated' charging voltage (27.5VDC something or 53.5VDC) of a 24VDC or 48VDC system without damage. Easy to wire up as a direct load, if you want to get fancy put a $10 DIN rail mount 5A DC circuit breaker.
