I ran a path calc on my 19 mile link and was able to get 99.999% with 6GHz Trango and 4' dishes. I have a 6GHz Trango LYNX right now that does 750Mbps. I know for a fact you can do it with that, and you could go with the Orion or whatever and get 1Gbps.
