Not an ePMP specific reply, but I’m not sure I’d use the built-in speed test to 
determine what experience the customer is getting.

Be sure and review your SNR at the customer site. We have seen where AC routers 
with 5G radios turned up that will make the Epmp deaf.

Also, if there is a higher nois floor at the customer site suggest scanning to 
find a cleaner channel for the AP.
