Ryan, something is wrong. Did you try a different G2 or cable?

It was an after need. They wanted to implement a system with their own router
but needed internet right away. So I left a G2 and switched it into passthru
after they were ready.

I’m sort of confused. Why are you using a G2 if you have your own router?

Not sure if anyone else is deploying the Mimosa platform en-mass but came
across a new issue today in case you're fighting with things.

The issue: Client Router receives very poor download no matter what signal
conditions are like. Download capped around 10Mb/s. Upload was unaffected.

The equipment:
A5 – 2.2.1 Version – GPS Synced
C5 – 2.2.1 Version – GPS Synced
G2 in passthru – 1.1.2 Version
Client Router – Asus N600

The problem:
G2 has an issue with 100Mb routers. Plugging in a 1Gb client into the
passthrued G2 resulted in full speed. Plugging a 100Mb router caused the
download to drop to 10Mb/s levels.

The solution:

  1. Replace G2 with regular power supply, fixed issue.
  2. In C5 change the duplex from auto to 100MF, fixed issue while still using
G2.
