Try to always put an antenna or load cell on a radio port.

I usually link them up on the bench, but I don't put any antennas on them. I 
just face the SMA connectors toward each other a few inches apart. Works with 
AF11X as well.

you talking about an AF5X? Cause the original AF5 I didn't know had a 
connectorized version, integrated only.

level so don't rely on them too much.
