5x have RP-SMA connectors... a paper clip won't fit in the hole... well, there 
isn't even a hole, since it's RP...


I just keep a couple of antennas off old routers on the bench for that kind of 
thing.

      Signal strength LEDs activate only when you are quite close to expected 
signal level so don't rely on them too much.
