Define too much power?

Each port on the rackinjector should be good for 2A@48vdc, or 96v.   This
would be with all four pairs jumpered.

I'm traveling so don't have access to my notes about the 820c, but assuming
it uses a semi normal pinout the rackinjector should power it up just
fine.  If it needs some special injector like the old ptp licensed radios
did, then I can't guarantee this will be the case.
