yes, the only gain in using the upc is you can adjust rod length to tilt a mast to plumb left to right take into account i rarely mount to tower legs, i mount to old grain legs, the angle iron upright is rarely plumb plus MTOW costs alot more, otherwise all i would use is MTOW, i dont have trust in UPC so i limit the load more than i would with mtow
