Hi Hussein, why don't you have a look at the site of the Hans Rausing Endangered Languages Project (HRELP) at http://www.hrelp.org/courses/. There you can find information on the MA in Language Documentation and Description at SOAS. The prerequisites for this degree do NOT include (native like) fluency of an endangered language.
