Matt, if you watched the whole video I posted above, the music cut-out in a 
couple places due to copyright I think, it is currently illegal to decrypt 
signals transmitting from nano fused inside of our bodies. If the 1% of the 1% 
so-called "elites" who are smarter than us decide that a particular person will 
be programmed to kill as has been done many times, are they still to be held 
responsible? Sure I agree if some AI chatbot gives textual and sensory 
instructions from outside of the body yes the person has some decision making 
capabilities. But this has moved way beyond that long ago. State legislatures 
are dumbfounded dealing with these issues. There are sill hundreds of old laws 
remaining unenforced on the books, like you're not allowed to work on Sundays 
in some states and can be charged for doing so.
