It seems, no matter to which nonlocal extent information was contextually processed, consciousness architecture superdetermines a local expression of that information.
First, we need to embrace the notion of autopoietically localized (relativistic) contextualization. This is the beginning. This is where compression is generally still at. It doesn't necessarily have to be, but this is how compressionists tend to restrict it locally. As soon as we become convinced of the meaning of cyclical information sets, we invariably collapse the resident wave function back into a state of exponential chaos. As evidence of that, we find ourselves "spinning mental wheels" or "returning to square one". The perceived genius of Occam should be probabilistically predictable. It's only valid for a localized interpretation. Why discuss agi at all, unless as a distinct future machine species? We're still trying to clone humans into computational machines. IMO, it's a predictable waste of resources.
