I have a GOFAI program for sale, a jazz scale generator program. You input chords and it suggests some scales that you can use for soloing. I only bring this up because more than once it appears to have invented something I did not foresee. In other words it seems to be creative. Now you are going to say just because I didn't foresee it doesn't make it creative. Well, even Turing conceded that to pass the test it need only fool somebody into believing it was a human. If it looks to me like it is creative, it's creative. > > Creativity is *new elements* m – endless generativity. > > *From:* Mike Archbold <[email protected]> > *Sent:* Thursday, October 11, 2012 12:06 PM > *To:* AGI <[email protected]> > *Subject:* Re: [agi] Behold your saviour, Ben > > > > On Thu, Oct 11, 2012 at 3:54 AM, Mike Tintner <[email protected]>wrote: > >> PRODUCE ONE EXAMPLE of a creative algorithm.
