By that measure, a paper and pen (nevermind that man behind the curtain doing all the work of answering your queries) would qualify. Finding simple patterns in human input is not very intelligent. I'm surprised some AI people are setting their sights so low as to look for general intelligence in artifacts which are designed to do simple tasks.
