Didn't you say you were in favor of Agora's equity courts being able to adjudicate contracts completely unrelated to Agora for other nomics? With the intended reading, this would make such a system impossible; no other nomics would create Agoran contracts that could just be terminated because the parties to them happened to not play Agora too.
