I question whether writing out the extremely long-phrase "the Agoran Decision on whether to adopt a proposal" is really any more readable? To me, that seems verbose and hard to parse. Like, when I was writing this, I was imagining telling future generations of Agorans "we used to call a referendum 'an Agoran Decision on whether to adopt a proposal'" and having them gasp in astonishment at the absurdity of using a phrase that long to refer to something that's so fundamental to gameplay. -Aris
