For the first time in about a year I've had reason to run the Alchemi Jsub application and found that the 1.0.5 one does not work properly (I think).
I used the Alchemi-BLAST demo with the 1.0.5 SDK Alchemi_jsub.exe and Alchemi.Core.dll and ran the blast-demo.xml file (submittask blast-demo.xml). After running the getfinishedjobs command It came back with the .out files alright but they were all 0 length files. Has anyone else done this? Is it something I'm doing wrong?
