On the Manager for each thread the exception.dat log is (including the
weird characters):

On one of the executors I found the embedded files alchemi-blast.bat etc.
but I did not find the input files seq0.txt etc.
Could this be something to do with using the 1.0.5 SDK when the version of
the Manager and Executors is 1.0.6? If so, why isn't there a 1.0.6 SDK for
download?
