Yeah, it gives a different error if thats the case. Had that problem too :-) > >You could also try the alchemi_jsub with the Reverse example that's in the >Examples folder in SVN. If that works then maybe it's something to do >with the BLAST sample and not Alchemi. I tried the Reverse example (from the 1.0.5 SDK) and it doesn't seem to work either. Its something about passing files back thats broken I think. Even chaning the xml to just do 'dir > result1.txt' and 'dir > result2.txt' had the same result i.e. zero length files returned. The threads are also taking 0 or 1 second to complete according to the console, even a simple app that is supposed to sleep for 5 seconds. Actually they are saying they are Dead, not Complete now that I look closer the applications themselves are still running, I currently have 49 running applications. Obviously something is wrong with the jsub way of doing things as I've just run the PiCalculator example fine. ------------------------- Reece Arnott Learning Environments Specialist School of Business University of Otago Dunedin New Zealand [EMAIL PROTECTED] ------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Microsoft Defy all challenges.
