Same results. Copied the new Alchemi_jsub.exe and Alchemi.Core.dll into the blast demo and submitted jobs in the blast-demo.xml. The output files were 0 length files and when I checked the threads via the Console they were labelled 'Dead' (priority -1) but the application was still labelled as 'Running'. The same thing happened with the JobAPI example when running it via jsub. I also tried it via the GridReverser.exe and it didn't work either. But the Pi Calculator worked. It seems there is something wrong with the passing of files, probably the Embedded File Dependency functions, in 1.0.6.
