Interestingly enough -- when I went to calc first and tried it didn't freeze immediatly. I got the window ghosting described in Issue #60519. However after moving it a few times I did freeze OOo. After the first freeze I killed OO and tried Calc, Draw, and Impress. In all of those cases moving the navigator resulted in an immediate freeze.
