If I use no files at all and simply open Writer at Version 3.1.0 I get the following error when I do File->New->Database: Runtime Error! Program C:\ProgramFiles\OpenOffice.rg3\program\soffice.bin The application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual error. Please contact the application's support team for more information.
