You didn't read the whole aspect 7.4. There you'll find a little lower below the
screenshot 
"Furthermore any paragraph indent (regardless if it is a numbering or bullet

THIS CLEARLY GIVES THE BEHAVIOUR OF PARAGRAPHS IN GENERAL!!!!!

The behaviour of applying a paragraph format is not listed in the Spec, because
it is an older defined (but still valid and desired) behaviour. It was designed
much earlier than OO 1.x. You can find it in the OO Help. Goto "Find" tab in OO
Writer's help and search for "Delete paragraph". In the result click on
"Nonprinting characters". There it will be explained (shortly, but it will
be...). So this is clearly a feature of OO which gives the user MORE
possibilities to format his document than any other Application on market.

Further I even do not need to be willing to handle this. As long as I am QA
member and not a developer, I won't do changes to the code at all. QA will
refine the issues for real bugs.
