I already know that you can solve the example proble removing yhe $ sign, I 
just think that absolute sheet addressing should not happen when the condition 
is inside the same sheet, (just like when you create a formula that references 
another cell y the same sheet, you get absolute addressing without shhet name).

Is just my opinion about how things should work, and it seems I'm not the only 
one (see matthiasbasler opinion).

I still think that conditional formatting will keep working if no sheet 
reference is included if the referenced cell is inside the sema sheet as the 
cells)

Well, thats all what I had to say. If someone "upthere" thinks like me, then, 
please re-pen this issue. If not, just leave it closed and let those 
unexperienced users that don't know much about relative/absolute references 
get crazy untill they find the solution.
