Ok, pretend I have never done any of this, because, I haven't - I assume I run "ftp" with the ftp.theory.physics.ubc.ca/incoming on my shell prompt - I get an unknown host - I don't know what the hell I am doing here - walk me through this - please - I am so seriously getting frustrated with all of this...
