'Grep'-ing the log shows nothing related to the keywords you listed -
that, I find, is unexpected...it seems to me that I would see some of
those at least, giving an indication of something that's not right...but
no go...

We are still getting the errors...and it seems that we get one typically
every 10 minutes or so...not every time, but now that I'm looking for
it, it appears that there may be a pattern emerging...is there any
significance of 10 minutes within Amavis? Postfix? SA?

Strange...

I'll review the link you included to see if there is anything that I can
try...

I think I'll jack the logging level up too to 4 or 5 and see if anything
pops out at me...

Let me know if you have other ideas for what to look at...

Thanx again!

Dustin.

I would think that if everything looks OK you would not continue to
get the error. Are you still getting this error? Do you get anything if
you grep
your log (that has amavisd-new data in it) for these text strings:?

TROUBLE
Can't
TIMED
ERROR
Error
error:
PRESERVING

BTW, you can use 'find' to prune the temp files as shown at:

This link may also give you ideas on other things you might check.
