Hi,
It seems my first message didn't make it to the ML, so just to be safe,
I'll resend it:
First of all, thanks for the great AmIRC, I'm very happy with almost
anything, except for a few things (outlined below).
Second, I'd like to checkup on a few IP-NAT related things:
My provider is using IP-NAT, and thus my computer has "two" IP addresses
The one on the intranet 168.192.96.191 and one pseuado-static IP when
when I'm online; 212.10.29.191 (It's always the same).
Now, when I try to DCC send files, then it seems that the 168.192.96.191
number is embedded in the packet... Atleast the reciever can't connect,
and get the file!
Now the question:
Is there a way to specift the correct IP to use in the packets?
If not, would it be possible to make?
Either automatically (I'm told mIRC does it automatically)
or with manual setting the IP (prefs setting prefered!)?
and last but not least:
Is it possible to disable the ESC quitting of AmIRC.. During my short
time using the program, I have axidently quit'ed the program too many
times!
I guess thats it for now.. :)
