This may not be true... Olli added TIADCC support for me a long time ago
when I ran TIA on my old netcom shell account. Currently I have a modem
router and have all the machines behind that. If you set the env TIADCC
_and_ you have the 'router' fwd a range of ports to the machine you wish
to use for dcc.. might work.. dcc send/chat ect. works great here.

The TIADCC env is set '<computer seen from net> <bottom port> <top port>'
Mine is '206.184.206.246 16384 32768' ...  I have the router redirect
ports 16384->32768 to my amiga. I have a old faq about TIA and amiga.. has
a section on TIADCC env for AmIRC and GV..
