If you had been paying atention, you'd have seen that every DALnet
server handles the sending of these files differently. Some don't block
them, some do, and some even send you instructions about how to enable
DCC sending (e.g. /dccallow or /mode <user> -D ). Seems like they are
still testing the system. Personally I find it a great idea, since there
are too many people out there who get infected by virii because they
just don't know enough about IRC.

Oh... and PLEASE CUT the message bodies and signatures when replying to
emails. Thx.
