Look, come on - we're talking *IRC* here!
How many people REALLY need to send .DOC files via IRC?? There are, after all, plenty
more ways.
It's much more likely that when people are sending out .DOC files or .EXEs they're
trying to catch people who autolaunch files or just blindly accept them, and infect
them with a virus.
