  Actually, it was not your settings, cause I'm using Miami and I get the
same thing.   Dalnet is being attacked.  There is a group of people trying
to make the dalnet admin unhappy.... oh, and Dandude, it's not who you
think it is.  Dalnet take the servers offline when they are being attacked
which is why you are getting the localhost IP.  Try again in about 2 or 3
hours and you'll probably be able to get online, all without changing a
setting on your TCP/IP stack.  I'm fairly positive it will happen again...
it's been about a week and a bit now...
