Good question. Worth setting up test to see what happens. Just get a friend
to buy your app, wait a day for the refund window, then refund them. See
what happens on their end. I can see a case for either scenario.

I have to believe most people are not going to request a refund for
something that's working.
And if they did, they'd lose access to any future updates, so that's
something at least.
