No, before you very clearly said that Google's Android 4.0 release was at fault, without the slightest bit of evidence to back that up. If you're going to make accusations like that, you *MUST* back them up with experimental evidence, not just "my device doesn't work like it should" when the problem might be YOUR DEVICE, not the OS release.
