I'd very much like to know the answer to that question. I have spent some time poking about with PackageManager, thinking that the intent filters should be available through it, but I have not found a way.
Not only have I failed to find any API to get the intent filters, I have also failed to find a developer tool that can display them, and I have failed to find any documentation that lists the intent filters for the apps in a shipping device.
