Hi Stoyan,

We've checked with our lawyers and they said there is nothing in the Android
Market T&C that would preclude developers from stocking applications on both
the Android Market and alternative markets such as SlideME.

Basically, it's simple. You just register at
https://slideme.org/user/register. Then stock your application, setting the
price and agreeing to the Developer agreement. Your application then shows
up on the SAM (client) catalog. If a user purchases with a credit card, your
payout will be 95% - 0.05 transaction - applicable taxes:
http://slideme.org/rate-schedule

The user then needs to register and then setup payment information similar
to Google checkout: we have a couple different processors they can choose
from. Users are not restricted by country. Then they download our SAM client
and can purchase.

We currently don't support free upgrades for new versions, but if developers
want this option, we can easily add support.

Any further questions, let me know. We are small compared to Android Market
, so we can respond to individual requests.

Thanks,
Shane
