Solve that problem and you'll have created the OS that Sony want on the PSP, Nintendo want on the DS, and every other games console manufacturer will want to replace their largely single tasking OS with.
Personally I would wonder if users will wait for the scheduling issue to be solved when there are platforms such as the iPhone which are already offering them a more predictable experience.
