First, do not modify, obscure, or in any way change the Google Maps logo. Ideally we should provide a way in MapView to allow the user to set where the logo goes, but until we do, you are violating the TOS by doing this.
Secondly, you appear to be in violation if the Maps API TOS in another way. You appear to be providing turn-by-turn directions using Google Maps, this is explicitly against the TOS as far as I know.
