I'm sorry but this ToS-Sequence is totally absurd ! Where is the ....
difference in manually putting it to the side ?
Anything I can do except destroying my Layout o_O ?

I'm not violating the ToS with Turn-By-Turn instructions, because they
disallow only real-time, sensor-based route-guidance. Which I'm not
doing. (Better to say "no more doing". I had it done already :( )

Exactly thats the reason why I'm working hard on AndNav2 which builds
on top of OSM-Data :)
Expect it do be public(?)-beta in around 2-4 weeks.
