Honestly I'd recommend eBay. Both for buying and selling. I don't think anything much is gained by trying to look elsewhere. I haven't found developers to be on average any more trustworthy or reliable then any other eBay seller, and I really like working with people who know how shipping works, or whose previous transactions and reputation is being publicly tracked.
