Have a pressing question... can you tell if the phones sold on ebay are new or refurbished? I have been bidding on the 'htc mytouch slide' which is selling in the $350 range. One seller proudly advertised that his phones are not refurbished. That got me thinking. where do sellers get these latest model phones from, to sell on ebay? Are they new/refurbished?
