Of course not, you either squash or lose pixels to fit all screens with added pixelation errors. What's the source ratio, aim for the largest user base or middle ground or it might be best to accept the black lines in wonder and remove the pixelation but it's less of a problem on small good res screens. 480/272=1.76 854/480=1.779 480/320=1.5 16/9=1.777 4/3=1.33 Aside from my disagreement with widescreen. It's beyond me why hardware and software producers including hollywood can't agree to and stick to one standard!!!! ratio.
