I'm overdue for doing what Tim describes. Getting all that information is only really practical for a link in the app. I would add latest page viewed, particular settings, and recent location to those prefilled parameters.
I've thought of making the log extraction optional, or maybe make it hinge on whether they describe their message as a "question" or a problem. You still have a link, an email, and a phone number, or all three to post on your app listing. I can usually tell which ones come from this page because they have <AppName> as the subject and few people change it. I use ZenDesk.
