Not only that but I just updated an app which has two APKs and the new
interface posted confusing information and even declined to publish the
APK. However it published okay in the old interface. They have more
bugs to work out.

In fact I didn't notice any new feature in the new interface just layout
changes.
Up until last week, the new interface had a disclaimer that it didn't work
for Multiple APKs yet.
