hi dave, with the latest cupcake code, camera preview o/p is coming gray (without colors). In cameraservices startPreview(), we pass YUV data to surfaceflinger. According to my understanding, surfaceflinger will not do color conversion. It can handle only RGB data and luminance(y plane). So when we pass to suurfaceflinger we need to pass RGB data. Is my understanding correct? Where do we need to do color conversion? Please give me some hint.
