When push a m4 file:
      adb push mpeg+evrc1.mp4 sdcard/
      1789 KB/s (0 bytes in 544171.000s)
I can see the all the files pushed into the sdcard using "adb shell
ls -l /sdcard"

For new format file, I both modify MediaScanner.java MediaFile.java
and mediascanner.cpp, and I do the restart work.
I guest maybe the problem is the mediascanner only work
occasionally, not about the new format, though i did not scan out new
format yet.
